Wynn Al Marjan Island has reached a major construction milestone, with its 70-floor tower topping out at 283 meters of structural concrete height on Monday. Less than 28 months after breaking ground, the project is set for its spire installation next year, which will extend the tower to 352 meters — more than 100 meters taller than any other building in Ras Al Khaimah. This milestone marks the start of full interior fit-outs across all 1,530 guest rooms and suites, with 1,504 already underway. The tower’s façade panels cover 79% of the structure, low-rise buildings have reached 99% structural completion, and over 438,968 cubic meters of concrete have been poured.
